1Discovery Call

Chat with our Business Engagement team to learn more about Social Good Connect and if we’re the right fit for your organisation.

2Social Good Champion Onboarding Call

This call is all about setting goals, getting inspired and laying out a plan for how we’ll work together to create impact with your team.

The SG Champion is the person in your organisation who will be the main point of contact between your team and Social Good Connect and an internal advocate for employee volunteering.

3Team welcome session

This is where the fun begins, the Welcome Session is a chance to introduce your team to Social Good Connect and get them excited about the benefits of employee volunteering.

4First Month Check In Call

Once we’ve set our goals, introduced the team and started on the journey to impact with employee volunteering, this is an early stage check-in to make sure you feel good about your goals and keep us on track!

5Regular Check In Calls

This is a regular call between the Customer Success Manager and your Social Good Champion to revisit your goals and commitments, touch base on your progress and share any inspiring impact stories!

6Staff Engagement Session(s)

This bi-annual or annual interactive session is a chance to re-invigorate your team around volunteering and introduce any new-starts to SGC. In this session we’ll motivate the team to keep going with employee volunteering by sharing good news stories and exciting opportunities!

We’ll help you set achievable goals

Here are some examples of goals that member businesses have set for themselves.

  • Launch successfully with 10% of team volunteering
  • Expand to other branches
  • Produce a variety of impact studies from employees
  • Experience the benefits of volunteering and increase the number of hours your team spends volunteering

Commitments

Our aim is to make employee volunteering easier for you and your team. When it comes to creating meaningful community impact, we're all in this together! Once you've set your goals we'll work alongside your Social Good Champion to help you achieve them. Here are a few examples of the kind of shared commitments we can make together to help your team get involved and experience the warm and fuzzies from doing something good.

  • Keep employee volunteering front of mind by making it a standing agenda item for team meetings
  • Encourage senior leaders to get involved and to promote their experiences with employees
  • Have a reward and recognition scheme
  • Try team volunteering events…they are great fun!

Our commitments

  • Work with your Social Good Champion to set ambitious but achievable goals and reach them.
  • Provide social templates and assets to help you launch Social Good Connect to your team.
  • We’ll work with you to create impact stories which you can share with your team, customers, investors, the world!
