Caroline McKenna
CEO/Founder
Caroline is our dynamic and dedicated leader. In her previous roles in both the private and third sectors, she saw a real need for better collaboration and was determined to find a solution for businesses and charities to collaborate and connect for good. Caroline lives and breathes volunteering, outside of work she is a Director on the board of four non-profits! These include, the Women’s Business Station, supporting women to create and sustain themselves in business; Good Call, providing charities with the highest quality mobile solutions; U-evolve, a youth mental health charity; and Dundee University School of Business. When she is not working, Caroline enjoys sampling wine, walking on the beach, and fun time with her friends and family.



Fiona Esposito
Business Relationship Manager
Fiona is a connector for good, she works alongside employees across our client businesses to help them build a culture of giving and get them volunteering! She is passionate about building relationships and encouraging businesses and individuals to succeed. In her free time, Fiona can be found surrounded by her dogs and her kids, and she is very fond of a long walk on the weekend!



Sarah Johnston
Business Engagement Manager
Sarah is a networking extraordinaire, she is building a community of businesses who are dedicated to engaging their staff to give to their community. Sarah has a soft spot for animals. She has previously volunteered in Malawi at an Animal Welfare Centre, she currently micro-volunteers for the SSPCA, and when she is not at work, her 8-month old puppy, Reggie, demands all her love and attention



Debbie Johnson
Corporate Engagement Manager
Debbie is a passionate partnership pro. Her years of experience working with corporates such as Reebok and Rocketdog means that she knows exactly what our corporate clients need and how we can work together to support their teams and improve their community impact! Debbie is a caring and committed volunteer herself, helping as a befriender for vulnerable, elderly people in her neighbourhood. In her spare time, she can be found cooking up a storm with her husband and ‘California dreaming’ of her next holiday post-Covid.



Hannah Tiffin
Project, Operations, and Performance Manager
Hannah is our queen of serene, she keeps the team on track, ensures everything runs smoothly, and constantly drives us towards our goals. Hannah is very socially minded, having previously volunteered for the Salvation Army to support those who have experienced homelessness, and she brings this dedication for social good to her role every day. Outside of work Hannah spends most of her time making travel plans (pre-Covid of course), reading and considers herself a bit of a foodie and cocktail connoisseur.



Betty Henderson
Marketing & Comm’s Executive
Betty is a whizz with words, she is constantly creating content to support our community of forward-thinking business leaders with their social responsibility goals. Betty has recently signed up to volunteer with the Royal Voluntary Service to support vulnerable older people in her local area and she is very excited to get started! When she is not working, you will probably find Betty with her head in a good book, writing for her blog, or organising a meetup for her bookclub!



Megan Cleary
Charity Relationship Manager
Megan is a multi-talented multi-tasker, she works with our charities to help them get the most out of the Social Good Connect service and find the perfect volunteers for their volunteering opportunities. She is super active, having previously volunteered as a swimming coach at Cupar Swimming Club and taking on the roles of fundraiser, Captain, and President of her university lacrosse team!



Claire Gray
Engagement Coordinator
Claire is a research powerhouse. She helps to put us in touch with socially minded organisations who want to support their people and have a positive impact on their communities. Claire is passionate about people and spent lockdown supporting vulnerable neighbours. In her free time, she is kept very much on her toes by her young son and she loves to get outdoors.



Emma Nicol
Engagement Coordinator
Emma is an administrative acrobat, she is always on hand to help the team with research, social media management, and any other task they need support with! Emma works with us alongside her Law studies at Robert Gordon University. She loves to dance and used to volunteer for her local dance club, helping with classes a couple of times a week. On the weekends she likes to get outdoors with her friends and family for a long walk or a game of golf.



Vivien Buchan
Finance and Corporate Affairs Director, Insights + Trustee, Social Good Foundation
Vivien was Finance and Governance Director with Insights Learning & Development Ltd until 2018. She is now Director of the Insights Foundation, a charity established to manifest the charitable and social responsibility activities ,across the globe ,for the Insights Group. Vivien is passionate about empowering individuals to understand themselves better, inspiring them to make a positive difference in everything they do.



Jenny Leith
Managing Director, Curtis Banks + Trustee, Social Good Foundation
Jenny has over 20 years experience in senior operational roles, with a strong background in key industry groups, specifically, financial services, retail and telecommunications. Her strength is managing a business to efficiently deliver an excellent customer experience. This coupled with strong communication skills builds strong relationships giving assurance that promises will be delivered upon. In her current role she has complete responsibility for all operational teams in both Dundee, along with significant change project.

Andy Lothian
Group CEO, Insights + Advisory Board Member, Social Good Connect
Andy loves nothing more than solving big social problems by unlocking the potential in individuals, teams and communities. He has more than three decades as a leader in the field of learning and development. Andy has consulted to some of the world’s leading organisations. He is an experienced executive and non-executive Director, and has served as Chair of Dundee Heritage Trust, is a Director of the High School of Dundee and sits on the Advisory Board for the Institute of Directors. Andy was EY’s Scottish Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016. He serves on several entrepreneurial steering groups and mentors leaders in several emerging and established businesses. Along with Caroline, Craig and Danny, he supported the acceleration of the Social Good Connect platform as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic. His mantra is never waste a good crisis!
