We are recruiting for an energetic Customer Engagement Intern who’s passionate about business for good, and who brings energy and a willingness to learn to their role. The opportunity takes place over 4 months, where you’ll gain hands-on-and help us to deliver an amazing brand experience for our prospects.
You’ll be working side-by-side with our Customer Engagement Team who will support you throughout your time with us, and helping you to realise your potential at Social Good Connect. This internship is well suited to recent graduates, or students who are looking for summer placements.
The purpose of your internship is to assist in the development of new business and charity sign-ups by booking discovery calls for the Customer Engagement Team. This will involve carrying out research to identify organisations that would be an ideal fit, and then reaching out to them using a variety of different communication channels. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and be motivated to spread the word about Social Good Connect.
With this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your communication skills, learn more about how to engage with customers and businesses, carry out market research and best of all – have your ideas heard!
